I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is beautiful and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room cleanliness left something to be desired, and the air conditioning didn't work well, making it quite uncomfortable at times. On the plus side, the recommendation for the nearby hot springs really made my trip memorable.

Rooms

The room we got wasn't very clean and overlooked a noisy street, which was quite distracting. The air conditioning was ineffective, so we had to leave the balcony doors open, which made for a hot and humid stay. However, the bathroom was good.

The facilities were adequate, but nothing particularly stood out other than the nice breakfast room. I appreciated the scenic surroundings more than the hotel amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, bright, and modern, and I particularly loved the small balcony that overlooked the main road and the Duomo. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our visit special. However, while the breakfast spread was impressive, it could use a bit more variety. Overall, I found the hotel to be a great value for money.
